Somatic Soul Session: weaves Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Parts work and intuitive guidance to heal trauma patterns in your nervous system so you may live with more regulation, ease, joy and pleasure. 

Shamanic Journey: connects you to the Upper Realms, to your Spirit Guides, team and allies. This is a great journey if you are looking for clarity, insight and support on your path. 

Mesa Mestana Energy Healing: this practice clears density in your energy body located in one of your energy centers and infuses the energy center with clean light energy to support you. This helps to feel lighter, more connected to your purpose and overall sense of well being. This is for you if you are feeling stuck, heavy and are desiring clarity, lightness and connection to your higher self.

Soul Retrieval: this practice connects you with pieces of your soul that have been fragmented from trauma. This practice supports you in feeling more whole, connected and brings healing for your inner child. This supports feeling peace, joy and vitality. This practice requires a minimum of 3 sessions. This is a medicine that takes time to integrate.
