We will be lovingly welcoming and embracing the Sacred Shadows that live within us all. Through journaling, somatic movement and expression and a fire ceremony we will allow the shadow to take up space to be witnessed, held and learn from the wisdom it holds. 

In working with the magical energy of Scorpio season and the alchemical element of Fire both within the body and without we will tap into the shadow that is desiring to be witnessed, held and loved. 

A common shadow that arises, especially for wom(x)n can be rage, anger, resentment. We will lovingly explore the aspects that hold us back from owning these pieces of ourselves and allow some space for them to come through. Past participants of this workshop said it allowed them to feel more creative life force and love for themselves.
